Clarinet professors Lynn Musco and Jessica Hall Speak have been invited to perform at ClarinetFest 2022, the international conference for the International Clarinet Association, to be held in June in Reno, Nevada. They will representing Stetson University in multiple events – Dr. Musco has been asked to conduct the conference’s Collegiate Clarinet Choir and Dr. Speak will premiering a piece written for her by fellow Stetson colleague Dr. Lonnie Hevia.

Both will be joined by clarinet colleagues from other universities to perform a full recital of clarinet quartets written for them by Stetson alum Carlos Velez (‘02)  and another full recital of clarinet quintets written by Eric Mandat. Both of these ensemble programs will include a world premiere of a new work that the respective ensembles have commissioned.
