Tiancheng Jin Performs in International Masterclass

Tiancheng Jin, a junior majoring in clarinet performance, was selected through an international audition process to perform for Maria Du Toit in a masterclass presented at ClarinetFest 2023. He was also one of 20 select students chosen by audition to participate in the 2023 Buffet Crampon Summer Academy. At the Academy he had the opportunity to work individually with Gregory Raden, Todd Cope, Marcy Gurnow, Diana Haskell, and Victoria Luperi, perform in masterclasses, and an evening recital. The artist faculty recognized Tiancheng’s artistry, growth, and collegiality with a scholarship to next summer’s Academy.
