Music Education Faculty Present Sessions at FMEA

Dr. Greg LeFils and Dr. John Lychner presented sessions at the annual FMEA conference in Tampa in January of 2025. Their combined session, From Theory to Thriving: Navigating the Critical Transition Phase in Music Education , was a follow-up to their 2023 FMEA session on professional identity and was well-attended and very well-received.

Lychner also presented a session on Effective Communication for enthusiastic attendees. LeFils and Lychner were honored to be chosen to share current research-based ideas and concepts with attendees at this important conference.
