Congratulations to our students who participated in the 2026 Florida Intercollegiate Band at the Florida Music Education Association Conference. The ensemble presented an outstanding concert featuring a world premiere by award-winning composer Omar Thomas, commissioned by the Florida Bandmasters Association in collaboration with collegiate ensembles across the state of Florida.

Chandler L. Wilson, Director of Bands at Stetson University, currently serves as the Florida State Chair for the College Band Directors National Association and oversees the Florida Intercollegiate Band.
