Dr. Greg LeFils and Dr. John Lychner presented sessions at the annual FMEA conference in Tampa in January of 2025. Their combined session, From Theory to Thriving: Navigating the Critical Transition Phase in Music Education, was a follow-up to their 2023 FMEA session on professional identity and was well-attended and very well-received.

Lychner also presented a session on Effective Communication for enthusiastic attendees. LeFils and Lychner were honored to be chosen to share current research-based ideas and concepts with attendees at this important conference.
